Consent to the Processing of Personal Data GDPR
The website (“controller”) is interested in processing information relating to members of the online dating service (“data subjects”). The information relating to data subjects constitutes so-called personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).
The personal data of data subjects will be processed by the controller for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. This is solely for the needs of registration on the website. Providing such consent is entirely voluntary. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to withdraw the given consent at any time by a written notification sent by registered mail to the controller’s email address. In such a case, the processing of personal data based on the withdrawn consent will be terminated immediately. In the event that the user deletes their profile on the online dating service, all personal data will automatically be deleted and will no longer be held by the controller. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
If the data subject grants the controller consent to the processing of personal data, his/her personal data will be processed (a) to the extent of: name, email, IP address, cookies and (b) for the duration of the contract between the controller and the data subject or until the consent is withdrawn by the data subject.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), their rectification or erasure (Art. 16 or Art. 17 GDPR), or if applicable, restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). The data subject also has the right to object to the processing being carried out (Art. 21 GDPR). Under the conditions set out in Art. 20 GDPR, the data subject has the right to data portability with respect to the personal data concerning them and provided to the controller. Data subjects may contact the controller with questions concerning the processing of their personal data at the email address [info@realfeelgolf.eu].
If the data subject believes that their personal data are being processed contrary to legal regulations, they have the right to contact the controller to request remedial action. Should the data subject’s request be deemed justified, the controller shall immediately remedy the defective situation. This does not affect the data subject’s right to file a complaint directly with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
By this, the data subject gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by the controller for the purposes, to the extent, and for the duration specified above. The data subject acknowledges that the controller will archive this consent for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and must be able to demonstrate that the data subject granted consent to the processing carried out.
